Kinsetsu response to COVID-19 (coronavirus)
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we are taking steps to ensure we continue to deliver excellent service whilst protecting the health of our clients, employees, families and communities.
Over the last few weeks our world has changed dramatically. At Kinsetsu we are conscious of the impact of the COVID-19 virus on our customers, their teams and families, but in particular those who are managing the frontline services in the NHS and HSE for whom we have the utmost respect.
The team at Kinsetsu will continue to support our customers with the level of service that they expect. We have put in place plans to maintain our services throughout the Pandemic period, ensuring we can support everyone for a sustained period of time.
Our senior leadership team remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation, responding rapidly as conditions evolve. We have taken the necessary measures to protect our staff and customers in line with Government guidelines including working remotely. We are available to assist anyone where needed, particularly those either within NHS, HSC or HSE, with provision of engineering resource, cloud architects and data analysts.
Following the latest Government advice on Monday 16 March all Kinsetsu employees will now be working from home.
As an IoT company, we have always supported flexible working for our team and are well placed to commence home-working with immediate effect. All of our team have laptops and our IT infrastructure allows everyone to work remotely without interruption.
We are in challenging times and we hope that you and yours remain safe and well throughout this period. We are here to support you, so if there is anything we can help with please feel free to contact our Leadership Team, contact details below.
